I believe therapy can serve as a powerful space for exploring, unraveling, and changing our relationship to what keeps us 'stuck', enabling us bring about profound positive change.
I bring over 6 years of experience working in 'mental health' roles as a therapist, advisor, organizer and advocate, working with a large variety of diverse clients holding all kinds of issues including trauma, depression, anxiety, relational difficulties, and navigating social oppression.
I draw on an integrative blend of modalities including psychodynamic, person-centered, liberation psychology, and queer therapies. How I bring and use these differs per client.
I trained as a psychotherapist at the University of Edinburgh, where I am now completing my doctorate. I am a registered counsellor through COSCA.
